Refund / Exchange Policy

Due to the unique nature of most of the items for sale, Refunds or Exchanges will be given only in cases of:

A) Damage During Shipping : Cherokee Nation & Indian Art will replace the merchandise with like merchandise or refund the purchase price at its's sole discretion based on availability of replacement merchandise. Cherokee Nation & Indian Art will cover all shipping charges for the return of the merchandise, and to resend replacement merchandise. All refund or exchange claims due to Damage During Shipping must be reported within 3 business days of the receipt of the merchandise, and are subject to the merchandise being returned to Cherokee Nation & Indian Art in a timely manner with all of the original packaging, and a claim being filed with the shipping carrier.

B) Color or Size Preferences : When available, exchanges of non-unique items due to a change in color or size preference will be made within 7 business days of the receipt of the merchandise, provided that the customer 1)returns the merchandise to Cherokee Nation & Indian Art in it's original packaging, 2)returns the merchandise to Cherokee Nation & Indian Art in a resaleable condition, 3)the customer pays all shipping and handling charges for returning the merchandise, and the shipping and handling charge for reshipping merchandise, and 4)pays a 10% restocking fee <this fee is at the discretion of Cherokee Nation & Indian Art and may not apply to all items>

C) Any and All Other Refunds or Exchanges : Refunds or Exchanges for any other than the above stated circumstances, will be at the sole discretion of Cherokee Nation & Indian Art and must be preapproved by Cherokee Nation & Indian Art. All Refunds or Exchanges for other than the above stated circumstances are subject to the customer 1)returning the merchandise to Cherokee Nation & Indian Art in it's original packaging within 30 days of purchase, 2)returning the merchandise to Cherokee Nation & Indian Art in a resaleable condition, 3)paying all shipping and handling charges for returning the merchandise, and the shipping and handling charge for reshipping merchandise, and 4)paying a 20% restocking fee
